why is sponsorship needed?

Because of the increasing number of teams, FIRST Israel cannot raise the funds for all the different teams, which means that the responsibility to find the resources for each team is falling on the team itself.

Every year we need to raise the funds required to:
  • Register and participate with the FRC.
  • Purchase the FRC kit and supplementary parts.
  • Manufacture the robot.
  • Print banners, Team shirts, and other promotion accessories.
  • Supply food and beverage for the team during the days of work and competition.
What is the sponsors' level of recognition?
  • The sponsor's name/logo will be displayed on:
    1. The robot.
    2. The team's shirts.
    3. The website.
  • The sponsors get a V.I.P admission during the competition – Access to the pit zone, and get a special sit near the field of play.
     
     

Is a donation to the project considered deductible expense?
Yes, a donation to our project is considered a deductible social donation’s expense, and a special reception will be given in accordance.
 
 
Is monetary donation the only option?
No, in order to operate such project a team needs help in many different aspects, for example: computers, work tools, transportation services, and even food supply, are all considered a donation and are as welcomed as money.
